Monze - Niko Road Upgrade Reaches 88% Completion
The rehabilitation and upgrading of the 71-kilometre Monze–Niko Road to bituminous standard has reached 88% physical progress. Upon completion, the project is expected to improve mobility, and significantly reduce travel time for road users. The project is being undertaken by China Geo-Engineering Corporation in a joint venture with Chipangano Builders Limited and is scheduled for completion in February 2027.
